Postage Notes

Postage Costs:
Postage Costs is calculated by weight, the heavier it gets the more cost it got to be.

Singapore Orders:
We recommend all customers in Singapore to contact us by phone, as it's faster and easier. Since Singapore is such a small country. We provide free postage for all items above $500 delivered in Singapore. But there's a flat rate of $20 for items below $500 delivery in Singapore. You may also choose to collect it from our warehouse with no postage charges at all, just make an appointment with us before you drop by.

International Orders:
Overseas orders are either sent by Singapore Postage (small items), or an International Courier for larger items (usually DHL,UPS or Fedex).

Once items are dispatched, they are then in the hands of Singapore Postage or courier service, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your item. We will do our best to help you out if there is a case of loss item.
